• An Initial meeting to discuss your Service requirements will be conducted FREE of charge and our Process server will go over all details.

• Customers will receive a professional and full Service Invoice at the end of each service and order. We use "Serve Manager" software and clients will get email updates on all notes and service attempts made daily.

• Payment is expected upon statements or Invoices being issued, to a maximum of net 5 days for all business and law firm clients. Anything over 5 days past due will be charged a 5% interest rate per month. Private clients will be invoiced upon service completion and a payment in full is required.

• Waiting time is calculated @ $10/15 minutes, to a maximum of $40 per project.

• All Orders must be accompanied by the correct copies as per legal requirements and affixed with correct Summons funds.

• Rates and Services subject to change without notice.

• Photocopies are charged at a rate of .15 cents/page
